 The strongest boy in the world!
 The strongest boy in the world was born in the UK and goes by the name of Richard Sandrak. Richards’s parents pushed Richard to do pushups sit-ups and other physical exercises. His dads also taught him Marshall arts and he still continued to do his push ups and sit-ups. One day his dad took him to a gym to start a career. The Gym instructor was blown away by what he was seeing, so the gym instructor said I will train your son and Richard just got stronger he became more flexible and his body was building into something nobody has ever seen and this was at the time when he was seven. Then times changed and Richards’s dad went away and his parents got a divorce. So Richard tried some new foods and he started gaining wait and he was told that he needed to get back to his old body because he was shooting a movie Ok.
