Hungary has declared a state of emergency after the toxic mud spill that covered seven villages. This toxic mud catastrophe killed four people and injured 120. Officials say this is the country's worst ever chemical accident. This toxic sludge is seeping into homes, leaving villagers asking when they can return to their homes. One of the victims and her children were trapped in there home by the toxic mud. She was able to save one of her children by putting him on a floating mattress. Then she called her husband who was at work to tell him that she was going to die. This is truly a terrible event. This event happened on October 6th, 2010.
