Oh no!! The east coast had a blizzard that was so bad; it caused all the major airports to shut down during the holidays. Tons of travelers were left stranded. The storm brang high winds with up to eighty miles per hour wind. Some locations were forecasted to receive as much as thirty inches of snow. Wow that’s a lot of snow! Blizzard warnings remained in effect through noon the day after Christmas. Travelers were seen sleeping on cots and on top of their luggage’s at the airports. Some other unfortunate travelers had to sleep on the airport floors. Could you believe that more than two hundred and fifty thousand flights had been canceled? Amongst other tragedies caused by this storm, fifty people on two tour busses traveling from Atlantic City, New Jersey and New York were stranded. Wow, I’m glad I was on vacation from school for this blizzard.
