OKN Kid Fit

Hey kids I’m lance and I am going to teach you how to get fit. First if you want to get fit and healthy you must one eat at lest one to two apples a day, and drink a lot of milk. Not too much, just about a full glass. If you want to get fit you must one do ten to fifteen jumping jacks a day, you must also do pushups sit ups and lift weights if you are old enough.
