One of the most important things in life is health. In order to stay healthy, you have to exercise daily, and eat the right types of food.
Now, you probably always hear that you have to eat your fruits and vegetables, but there are many other food categories like meats and beans. These will give you protein, iron, and different types of vitamins, and nutrients. Everyone needs to eat grains and minerals. We all should eat dairy products. Some people in the world are lactose intolerant. They usually eat soy products, such as, soy bacon, milk, cheese, and etcetera. So, join in the health group. Stay fit and exercise.
