AHHHH!

Laurynn here, and everyone knows that the flu season is coming up. Many people have been getting the vaccines, but that may not always work against the flu. Here are some ways to keep you from getting the flu.
1. If you use a tissue for something, remember to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.
2. If you know someone who has a flu, colds, or allergies, then try to stay away from them as much as possible.
3. If you are the one coughing and sneezing, don't forget to use tissues, to sneeze in your arms, and of course, wash your hands.
4. the most important thing is if you think you have the flu, tell your parents your not feeling so well. Ask them to take your temperature. If you temperature is higher than 99 degrees, go to yuor doctor and see what's going on with your body. When the doctor says you have the flu, stay home from school for at least 24 hours.
Yours truly, Laurynn
