I made this recipe for my family and they loved it! It was simply delicious. I know it was good because we had no leftovers.
                 1: 1.Nonstick cooking spray
                 2: 4 small skinless, boneless chicken breast halves about (about 1 pound)
                 3: 1 tablespoon of honey
                 4: 1 tablespoon of orange juice
                 5: 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
                 6: 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
                 7: dash of cayenne pepper(optional)
                 8: dash of parsley flakes (optional)
                 9: 3/4 cup of cornflakes, crushed (about 1/3 cup)   
                 10: 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes (optional)    

                     
Now you’re ready to bake!  


1. Lightly coat a shallow baking pan with cooking spray. Place chicken in a baking pan.
2. In a small bowl combine the honey, orange juice, ginger, black pepper, and if desired, cayenne pepper. Brush honey mixture over chicken.
3. Combine the cornflakes and parsley flakes (if using).Sprinkle cornflake mixture over chicken. 
4. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
