These are the ingredients that you need for this recipe, finally a vegetable that we can all enjoy!
1: 3 cups of fresh sugar snap peas or frozen loose-pack sugar snap peas
2: 1 tablespoon of****er or margarine
3: 1 tablespoon peach preserves
4. 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
5. Dash ground ginger
6. Dash black pepper
Now that you have all the ingredients we can get started!
1. Remove strings and tips from fresh peas. Cook fresh peas in a medium saucepan,covered in a small amount of boiling salted water for 2 to 4 minutes or until crisp- tender. (Or cook frozen peas according to package directions.)Drain well; set peas aside.
2. In the saucepan melt****er, stir in preserves, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper. Return peas to a saucepan, stirring to coat..
