Do you want to have strong bones?

Do you want to have strong bones? Well if you do, you should eat fruits and veggies. You have to educate your brain so you are able to work in school and able to work when you get older. The first thing you should do to help your body is get up everyday even when you are home always go out side to get some fresh air and go play. Did you know when you are playing you are working out; you do not realize that you are doing that. Working your body helps you get smart and helps your body to have more energy.
