16 year old attacked by tiger; survives but is in critical condition.
A 16 year old male employee of the Branson Interactive Zoo and Aquarium was in the tiger pen taking pictures for a visitor. On the way out of the pen, a tiger attacked him from the back and dragged him to their pool where two more tigers joined the attack. Rescue workers used CO2 canisters to fight off the tigers. The 16 year old was airlifted to a facility in Springfield with puncture wounds to the head and neck area. He is in critical condition. It is not known if he fell or was knocked over by a tiger.
