Public School or Home School? I think that it depends on the kid to see if home schooling is better than public school. The good thing about public school is that you get to learn in a group setting, have extra-curricular activities available and you will have the chance to be in a diverse setting. The bad thing about public school is that you do not get the individual attention with many kids being in the class, you have less independence and the school chooses your classes and you don’t have a choice with who is in your class. Now let’s look at Home School, you get to choose whatever curriculum you want, any schedule you want, personal attention and more choices in your learning choice. However, Home Schooling cost more, the teacher are not always qualified, no social interactions and harder to get into some colleges. In my case Public school is better because if I was Home Schooled, I would lose my focus. I would want to take a lot of breaks. But for a different kid it would be better because they would probably focus better without all the distractions from their friends. Which one do you think is better?
