Have you ever heard that breakfast was the best meal of the day? Well it is. It's especially important for us children. If you eat a nutritious breakfast everyday, then you will have better concentration. This can also help your eye and hand coordination.

You should choose one of the following: fruits, whole grains, protein and dairy. I know you probably think these categories are disgusting, but they are healthy and so good. Some people even make smoothies out of these. Anyone can make any type of breakfast they want, but it should be healthy always. Healthy breakfasts' can control your weight. Try cereal with fresh fruit on it. Some other ways to keep you healthy can be like eating oatmeal, fruit, eggs, yogurt with granola, and drinking 2% or skim milk Remember to keep eating a healthy breakfast!
