New no bullies rule
NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg has come up with a new policy that targets bullying and harassment in public schools based on race, religion, gender, etc. The new policy requires every principal to appoint a person who students can report incidents to. The school also has to report any complaints to the department of education within 24 hours.
